Social Media Manager
Employment Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible
Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)
Reports To: Creative Director / VP of Marketing
Job Summary:
Gymreapers is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager that will be responsible for managing the company’s social media channels, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. This role will work closely with the marketing team, video production team, and athlete managers to create compelling content for the company’s social media channels.
The Social Media Manager will also work closely with our Customer Service team on best practices for responding to customer service questions and feedback on social media channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, and a self-starter with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Critically assess deadlines, finding creative ways to deliver best-in-class work while meeting business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the internal marketing and creative teams.
- Innovate, oversee, and manage social campaigns and product launches by developing creative briefs and partnering with internal teams for execution
- Uphold the Gymreapers Brand while also innovating on new looks and processes.
- Manage the day-to-day social media accounts and oversee community management, which includes interacting with followers, answering customer questions, and looking for real-time marketing opportunities and signals
- Closely collaborate with the brand marketing team, paid advertising, and content creators to ensure social media campaigns and concepts are aligned with the brand voice and integrated to support established marketing objectives for new product launches, brand campaigns, etc.
- Identify and track social media KPIs (awareness, engagement, trends, etc.) and provide regular analysis and social metric reporting followed with important insights and key learnings
- Manage day-to-day execution including community management, scheduling/ posting and engaging with the audience across all social platforms
- Daily social media listening and engagement across all social channels (with emphasis on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube)
- Plan and oversee monthly content calendar, creative content development, scheduling of posts, and reporting against KPIs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with social media management
- Ability to execute specific creative direction, and brand vision, and bring a strong point of view and creative input to the team.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the fitness and/or apparel industry is a plus.
- Experience assisting with videography and video editing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and tactics across all social channels including paid media
