Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers’ HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)
Reports To: Amazon Manager
Position Overview:
Gymreapers is looking for an Amazon Content Specialist to own and scale best-in-class marketplace content across our growing SKU catalog. This role sits at the intersection of creative, conversion, and marketplace strategy, ensuring every product detail page is optimized to win clicks, convert traffic, and dominate category rankings.
As SKU count expands and Amazon evolves toward richer content (A+, Premium A+, Brand Story, video), this role will be critical in building a repeatable, high-performance content engine.
You will work closely with the Design Director, Amazon Ops Manager, and Growth team to execute content that drives measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Listing Content Ownership
- Own end-to-end content execution across all Amazon listings:
- Titles, bullets, descriptions
- A+ Content (Standard + Premium)
- Brand Story modules
- Product videos (PDP + Sponsored Brands Video)
- Ensure all listings are:
- Conversion-optimized
- Keyword-aligned (in partnership with SEO/PPC)
- On-brand with Gymreapers’ identity
A+ & Visual Content Development
- Build and iterate high-converting A+ templates across categories
- Brief and collaborate with design team on:
- Infographics
- Comparison charts
- Lifestyle imagery
- Educational modules
- Continuously test and refine:
- Layout structures
- Messaging hierarchy
- Feature/benefit framing
Amazon Video Strategy
- Own roadmap for:
- PDP videos
- Sponsored Brand Videos
- Coordinate with creative team on:
- Hooks and scripts
- Product demos
- UGC-style content
- Optimize for:
- CTR (click-through rate)
- Conversion rate
- Scroll-stopping performance
Content Optimization & Testing
- Run structured testing across listings:
- Main image variations (in partnership with Creative)
- A+ module variations
- Copy positioning (performance vs lifestyle vs authority)
- Analyze performance metrics:
- Conversion rate (CVR)
- Session percentage
- Revenue per session
- Feed insights back into:
- Creative briefs
- Product positioning
- Launch strategy
New Product Launch Support
- Lead content execution for all new SKU launches:
- Listing creation
- A+ buildout
- Image/video asset coordination
- Ensure Day 1 retail readiness:
- Fully optimized PDP
- Competitive differentiation clearly communicated
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Creative Director → Brand alignment, asset quality, storytelling
- Amazon Ops Manager → Listing setup, keyword strategy, catalog health
- Growth/PPC team → Conversion insights + ad alignment
- Act as the bridge between creative and performance
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Conversion Rate (CVR) lift across catalog
- Revenue per session improvement
- A+ adoption rate (% of catalog with premium content)
- Video adoption rate (% of listings with video)
- New product launch readiness (100% optimized at launch)
- Listing content test velocity (experiments per month)
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years in:
- Amazon content, ecommerce merchandising, or PDP optimization
- Strong understanding of:
- Amazon A+ Content & Brand Story
- Marketplace SEO fundamentals
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience working with:
- Designers and creative teams
- Product marketing or DTC brands
