Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

Reports To: Sr Manager, Fulfillment

Position Overview:

The Retail Fulfillment Lead is responsible for executing all wholesale and retail partner orders from pick through shipment. This role owns compliance with retailer-specific requirements, on-time shipment performance, and order accuracy to prevent chargebacks, shortages, and retailer scorecard issues.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Order Execution

Manage all retail order queues in WMS (e.g., GNC, Walmart, Scheels)
Prioritize work based on required ship dates, carrier requirements, and retailer SLAs
Ensure all retail orders ship complete and on time
Balance retail work against other warehouse priorities
Maintain organized staging and dock areas
Maintain workflows in Jira

Retail Compliance & Accuracy

Enforce retailer-specific labeling, packing, and ASN requirements
Ensure all system transactions and documentation are accurate
Prevent shortages, overages, and mis-shipments
Act as first line of defense against chargebacks

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with Inventory Control to ensure accurate allocations of inventory
Communicate shipment timelines and risks to leadership
Maintain and coordinate workflows and updates through Jira
Coordinate with outbound transportation as needed
Communicate with retail sales and administrators on fulfillment workflows
Ensure timely communication relating to order discrepancies including backorders, quantity or label changes, cancellations, and GS-128 label issues

General Warehouse Duties

As necessary, perform standard daily warehouse operations to include:
- Pick
- Pack
- Returns
- Replenishment
- FBA
- Cycle Count

Training & Documentation

• Train associates on retail-specific SOPs
• Maintain up-to-date packing and labeling guides
• Reinforce attention to detail and compliance discipline

Reporting & Visibility

• Daily and weekly reporting on on-time shipments, compliance errors, chargebacks, labor hours, and risks

Key Performance Indicators

• On-time retail shipment rate
• Retail order accuracy

• Shipment completeness
