TIKTOK LIVE SELLING HOST

Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers’ HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

Reports To:  Tiktok Growth Manager

Position Overview:

As the Gymreapers TikTok Content Creator & Live Host, you will:

  • Create energetic, trend-inspired TikTok videos that resonate with fitness audiences.
  • Host live TikTok sessions to showcase new products, explain features, answer community questions, and boost engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaigns, launches, and brand strategy.
    We want someone who lives and breathes fitness culture, knows TikTok inside-out, and can bring Gymreapers’ voice to life in short-form and live formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Produce a high volume of TikTok content (daily/weekly), including product highlights, training clips, challenges, trends, user-generated content, and behind-the-scenes videos.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and platform best practices to keep content fresh and high-performing.
  • Edit and optimize videos for maximum engagement (hooks, captions, sound).

Live Hosting

  • Host scheduled TikTok Live sessions featuring product drops, Q&A segments, workout demos, collabs with athletes, and community interaction.
  • Engage viewers in real time, answer questions, and create an interactive, entertaining live experience.
  • Help drive conversions and track sales performance from live sessions.

Community Engagement & Strategy

  • Respond to comments and direct messages in a way that elevates community feel and brand loyalty.
  • Partner with internal creative, marketing, and athlete teams to brainstorm campaign ideas that align with broader brand goals.
  • Analyze video performance metrics and iterate content strategy.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage authentically with the audience.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, tools, features, and best practices.
  • Experience creating viral TikTok content (preferably with results you can show).
  • Excellent communication and improvisation skills for live interaction.
  • Passion for fitness (especially CrossFit, bodybuilding, strength training) and the Gymreapers brand.
  • Comfortable with performance tracking and data-informed content decisions.
